Subject: Explosive and racially charged hostile environment
and possible pending governmental disaster in the United States
Marshal Service
Dear Congressional Members;
Several weeks ago I faxed a letter to you office indicating
widespread blatant racial acts of hostility and bigotry against
African American and white sympathizer U.S. Marshal Service
employees.
As you may know, the media has become involved in this
situation along with New York congressional representatives,
senators Alphonse D'Amato and Daniel Moynihan. Attached below is
a electronic reply from the First Lady to my E-Mail message below
now posted on several Internet Bulletin Boards for discussion.
I certainly believe when 'Bigot' U.S. Marshals placed a
loaded gun on February 14, 1997 in the Southern District of New
York federal courthouse near a multiple homicide suspect to
create death and destruction for a white U.S. Marshal who
testified to mistreatment of black U.S. Marshals, Capitol Hill
needs to take immediate action.
The disaster of this ultimate security breech certainly would
have cost the lives of U.S. Marshals, Federal Judges and other
Federal Courthouse personnel.
On 4/8/97 U.S. Marshal Service director, Eduardo Gonzalez
stated at his deposition, he was aware of the 2/14/97 'Gun
Incident' in the Southern District of New York Federal Building
in the prisoner movement section and, he stated the U.S. Marshal
in New York was investigating the matter.
All federal law enforcement procedures indicate a clear
conflict of interest for the New York Marshals office to
investigate itself involving federal agents 'setting-up' other
federal agents, judges and courthouse personnel to be killed by
this 'Loaded Gun Incident', acknowledged by director Gonzalez.
Gonzalez also stated, he was aware that six White U.S.
Marshals attended a right wing extremist and subversive 'Klu Klux
Klan' group rally known as the 'Good old Boys Round-up' in
Tennessee, and possibly other U.S. Marshals have attended the
'round-ups' that occur each year. Gonzalez also stated none of
the identified six Federal Marshals received any disciplinary
actions. A letter dated 1/5/97 from former U.S. Attorney for the
District of Columbia, Eric H. Holder Jr. states, one of the six
U.S. Marshals is now assigned to the U.S. Marshal Service
Headquarters, Witness Security program in Arlington Va. ????
Director Gonzalez's statement of no disciplinary action to
these six or more U.S. Marshals has certainly sent a clear
message to all U.S. Marshal Service personnel around the United
States that support for right wing extremist and subversive group
activities is fine and, OK.
As you may know, U.S. Marshals are now charged with the
custodial security of Timothy McVeigh, the courtroom and the
Federal Building in Denver, Colorado. In depositions last week we
also questioned via telephone an alleged white discriminatory
official (U.S. Marshal, Supervisory Inspector) who is currently
assigned to the McVeigh trial in Denver.
Furthermore, the U.S. Marshal service is rotating the
assignments for it's security personnel handling the entire
McVeigh trial, from the U.S Marshal Service headquarters and
other district offices located around the United States.
****** This means, the same U.S. Marshals that support
******* right wing extremist and subversive group activities and
who planted a loaded weapon in the Southern District of New York
Federal Building will be assigned to Timothy McVeigh.
My question now is, where will the next U.S. Marshal Service
loaded gun show-up?
I don't believe this is a matter we can simply wait for the
normal course of congressional proceedings while the U.S. Marshal
Service in now 'running a Mock'.
New York senators Alphonse D'Amato and Daniel Moynihan are
calling for a federal probe of the U.S. Marshals Service
following recent agrecious allegations of Federal Marshals
involved in 'Set up for Murder' and open 'Klu Klux Klan' support
and many more illegal activities announced in a New York Post
front page series of articles.
Therefore, I am asking congressional leaders on governmental
affairs to urgently intercede in these matters before someone is
killed. I was involved in 'Ruby Ridge' and I certainly don't want
to see the same results again involving the U.S. Marshal Service.
